SOCIAL ETIQUETTE AND LIFE MANAGEMENT FOR TEENAGERS

Duration: 1-5 sessions.


Purpose


To develop essential life skills for teenagers in communication, learning, and work; enhance self-control, appropriate behavior, and coping skills for life situations; clarify personal and collective values, and live confidently and responsibly.

  2. Makeup, color schemes, and hairstyles.
  3. Accessories and style.
  4. Skincare and personal hygiene, suitable exercise.
  5. Positive body language and elegant posture while moving, standing, and sitting.
  6. Communication skills: forms of address and greetings; positive body language and eye contact; self-expression; polite behavior during appointments.
  7. Dealing with bullies, conflicts, and rumors.
  8. Making friends, respect, and responsibility.
  9. Etiquette rules for attending standing receptions (buffets).
  10. Etiquette rules for Asian dining tables.
  11. Etiquette rules for European dining tables.
  12. Distinguishing and using dining utensils on European tables.
  13. Practical dining etiquette.
  14. Time management skills.
  15. Organizing and managing living spaces.
  16. Financial management skills.
