With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, Mrs. Lê An Na is a distinguished expert in intercultural communication and professional image building. She holds a Master’s degree in Language and Education from Russia and is currently a PhD candidate in Cultural Studies and Intercultural Communication.

Mrs. Lê An Na has served as a lecturer at the University of Languages and International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, where she has significantly contributed to advancing educational practices. She is the Founder and CEO of Protocol Academy Vietnam (PAVI), an institution dedicated to training in etiquette and professional demeanor.

Her leadership extends to her role as President of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) in Vietnam and Vice Director of the Organization for Resource Connection and Cultural Education Development (ORCCED) in Vietnam.

Mrs. Lê An Na's expertise is further solidified by numerous prestigious certifications, including “Train-the-Trainer” from Protocol Singapore Academy and The English Manner, “International Etiquette and European Dining” Specialist in Singapore and the UK, Corporate and Personal Image Consultant from Singapore, “Personal Color” from the International Image Consultants Association in Thailand, and Certified Wine Expert.

Her extensive knowledge, combined with a wealth of practical experience, makes Mrs. Lê An Na a prominent figure in the field of cultural etiquette and professional image consulting. Her dedication to education and cultural development continues to inspire and shape future generations in Vietnam.

With nearly 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles at various companies and corporations across different fields, including media, technology, and education, Mr. Nam Le is a seasoned expert with deep knowledge and a forward-looking vision. He graduated from University of Commerce, majoring in Marketing Management and International Trade, and was awarded a scholarship to further his skills in Paris, France, specializing in Digital Marketing Management and Webmastering.

After studying in France, before returning to Vietnam, Mr. Nam Le had the opportunity to intern and work there. Upon his return to Vietnam, he held key leadership positions in major corporations across various sectors, including education. With a harmonious combination of knowledge and extensive, diverse experience, he made significant contributions to the remarkable growth of the companies and corporations he served.

Currently, as a founding member and Board Member of the PAVI Etiquette and Demeanor Academy, he continues to pursue his personal mission of contributing his knowledge and experience to developing PAVI into a leading academy in etiquette and demeanor training in Vietnam.
