DINING ETIQUETTE AND TABLE MANNERS

Purpose


This course provides various dining etiquette styles (formal and casual, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern) as well as general dining etiquette and table manners. Participants will be trained on how to distinguish and use different types of dining utensils, handle difficult dishes, understand table setting, and learn about the culinary culture and dining etiquette of different cultural regions.
