MA.AN NA LE
FOUNDER OF PAVI - PRESIDENT OF AICI VIETNAM

With over 20 years of experience in education, Master An Na Le is an expert in intercultural communication and professional image building. She holds a Master's degree in Language and Education from Russia and is currently a PhD candidate in Cultural Studies - Intercultural Communication.


Master An Na Le was a lecturer at the University of Foreign Languages - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, where she made significant contributions to improving educational methods. She is the founder and CEO of PAVI Academy, an organization specializing in training on etiquette and professional demeanor.


Her leadership mission extends to her role as President of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) in Vietnam and Deputy Director of the Organization for Cultural Education Resource Development (ORCCED).


Her extensive knowledge is supported by numerous prestigious certifications such as 'Train-the-Trainer' from the Singapore Etiquette Academy and The English Manner, International Etiquette Specialist in Singapore and the UK, Corporate and Personal Image Consultant from Singapore, Personal Color Consultant from AICI Thailand, and Wine Specialist.


Master An Na Le's deep knowledge and rich experience have made her a distinguished lecturer and expert in cultural etiquette training and professional image consulting. Her commitment to education and cultural development continues to inspire and shape future generations in Vietnam.

Dr. DO TRAN PHUONG

Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Hanoi University of Culture


Dr. Đỗ Trần Phương is currently the Deputy Head of the Tourism Department at Hanoi University of Culture. With a strong academic background in Cultural Studies, his research focuses on Catholic church symbolism and community-based tourism. In addition to his teaching role, he serves as the managing director of Mytravel, a travel company, and has collaborated in training with prominent organizations such as VinUni, Vietnam National University, Saigontourist, and Vietravel. His scholarly work centers on the development of cultural tourism and community-based tourism in Vietnam.

Dr. DAO THI DIEU LINH

Dean and Director of the Psychology Center at the University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS)

Vietnam National University (VNU), Hanoi. 


With over 20 years of experience in psychology education, she teaches courses such as General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Psychology in Foreign Language Teaching, and Soft Skills. She is also a member of the VNU VIBERS – Entrepreneurial Educators Community and served as an Ambassador for the VNU VIBE Program on Entrepreneurial Educators 2020-2021, sponsored by Irish Aid. Beyond teaching, she has coordinated and led numerous training programs on design thinking and employability skills at universities and organizations nationwide.

Dr.NGUYEN THU LE HANG

Head of the Department of Liberal Education, Faculty of English Education.

University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS), Vietnam National University, Hanoi.


She is an expert in Curriculum Development, Course Design, Teaching Methods, Innovation, Liberal Education, and Emotional Intelligence. Dr. Hang was awarded the Australian Government’s Th5 Scholarship (1997-1998) and the Australian Government's Leadership Awards for her PhD studies (2012-2016). She also received short-term scholarships in Educational Management from Mashav Israel (2017) and Innovation for Sustainable Development from the Irish Government (2023). In 2024, she will be a visiting lecturer at University College Dublin. From 2001 to 2024, Dr. Hang has overseen the High-Quality English Pedagogy Program and contributed to the development of 5 new courses and 8 training programs at ULIS.

Dr.TRINH THI PHAN LAN

Head of the Department of Corporate Finance, Faculty of Banking and Finance

University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi


She has a strong interest in corporate finance (including finance for social enterprises), personal financial management, innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as issues related to sustainable development. Dr. Lan holds a Master’s degree from Symbiosis International University - Pune University, India, and a PhD in Finance from the Academy of Finance.


She was awarded scholarships by the Embassy of Ireland to participate in activities focused on innovation and creative thinking in 2018 and 2023 in Dublin, Ireland. She is one of 20 Innovation Ambassadors active in the innovation and entrepreneurship educator network at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and is also a member of the Vietnam Personal Finance Network.


Dr. Lan has been researching personal finance since 2015 and currently teaches personal finance to children, students, and adults. She holds a certification from the German Savings Banks Foundation for teaching the Savings Program. Together with her colleagues, she co-created two personal finance board games: Financial Race and Prosperous Family, both of which are copyrighted. The Financial Race game has been commercialized by Boardgame Vietnam.


Dr. Lan has shared her expertise on personal financial management in various media outlets, including Lao Dong, CafeF, VNFinance, and VTV. Her guiding value is to bring prosperity and happiness to the lives of Vietnamese people.

Actress at the Youth Theatre


Actress Thu Nga is best known for her role as Thuong in the popular TV series Ahead is the Sky, where she captured viewers’ hearts with her portrayal of a gentle, caring, and warm-hearted young woman. Although originally a trained dancer, Thu Nga made a memorable mark on Vietnamese television from her very first film. After stepping away from the screen, she returned to her roots in dance, performing with dedication at the Tuoi Tre Theater, a passion she has pursued since the age of 15.


She dedicates most of her time to family and cherishes her role as a mother, considering her children her most valuable treasure. Despite turning down numerous acting offers to prioritize her family, her passion for the arts remains strong. She hopes to return to the screen in the future with suitable projects as her children grow older.

Ms. TRAN HA LINH

Winner of Foreign Trade University’s "Charming FTU" contest in 2022


Trần Hà Linh, the winner of Foreign Trade University’s "Charming FTU" contest in 2022, recently graduated from the high-quality Economics program specializing in International Economics at Foreign Trade University. With an impressive academic background from Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, Linh achieved excellent scores in the national high school graduation exam, scoring 9 in Literature, 8.75 in Math, and holding an IELTS score of 7.5. Throughout her four years at FTU, she continuously developed herself, cherishing each moment and overcoming challenges alongside her peers, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. DANNY VO

Branding Expert, Senior Coach, and International Trade Advisor


He is the driving force behind the success of several businesses in both Vietnam and Singapore, known as an inspiring entrepreneur and a recognized community leader who has been acknowledged by organizations and authorities in Ho Chi Minh City for many years. Alongside his business ventures and leadership training for companies, he currently serves as the Vice President of two organizations dedicated to connecting Vietnamese communities and products with the world: the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese (BAOOV) and the Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City. One of his most passionate projects is the Intercharm community in Singapore, which focuses on unlocking human potential through liberal education.
